High School Transition

Students from St Patrick's Primary may continue their Catholic education at two of our local high school colleges. Families have the choice to further their child's education at San Clemente College Mayfield or Trinity College Adamstown.

Both schools offer tours, transition days for our students during Year 6, with visits and parent information sessions.
